Henry Cavill‘s experience filming the new Highlander movie has had its ups and downs. He injured himself on set last year, sharing updates on his recovery – and looking great even while injured! Now fully healed, Cavill is back to filming and recently gave fans a first look at him as the immortal Connor MacLeod with some photos posted on Instagram.
He shared the first official photos from the set of Highlander with a message expressing his excitement. He said it’s been a meaningful experience so far and he’ll share more details later, hoping fans will like what they see.
The new Highlander movie boasts a fantastic cast, with Dave Bautista playing The Kurgen, Karen Gillan as MacLeod’s wife Heather, and Jeremy Irons as the villain. Plus, Chad Stahelski, the director of John Wick, is directing! It sounds like it’s going to be amazing. While there’s no release date yet, we have some first-look photos of Henry Cavill looking great in a stylish coat.
