He-Man and Teela’s Earth Adventure: Leaked Set Photos Reveal Shocking New Looks

Additional leaks from the film set of the Masters of the Universe movie surfaced online, revealing for the first time Camila Mendes dressed as Teela and offering a fresh glimpse of Nicholas Galitzine portraying He-Man, wielding the Power Sword.

What do the leaks show?

In truth, the leaked materials provide snapshots and footage of Nicholas Galitzine portraying Adam/He-Man and Camila Mendes playing Teela, both while filming scenes set on Earth’s streets in London.

Yep, parts of the movie are set on Earth, as revealed by a previous plot description:

10-year-old Prince Adam, who arrived on Earth in a spacecraft and lost contact with his magical Sword of Power – his only connection to his home planet Eternia. After nearly twenty years, he managed to locate it and was transported back to space. Now, he must journey across the cosmos to protect his native world from the wicked Skeletor’s forces. However, before he can vanquish such a formidable foe, Prince Adam must first unravel the secrets of his past and transform into He-Man – the mightiest man in the universe!

It can be stated more casually as: “Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes really pull off their roles quite well.

To be honest, I’m not a fan of the concept that the “Masters of the Universe” film is supposed to take place on Earth. In my opinion, it seems like a sign of financial constraints.

It’s much more cost-effective to shoot scenes here on Earth rather than on the fictional planet Eternia. Consequently, they devise a plot that takes place on Earth. It seems that in this version of the story, Galitzine’s Adam is arrested by the police for possessing the power sword.

Previously, there have been hints suggesting Eternia and Jared Leto’s Skeletor, as well as a potential link to She-Ra. With that in mind, could it possibly be as disappointing as Kevin Smith’s Netflix adaptation?

Jared Leto’s Skeletor is joined by Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, and Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man in the evil forces.

I’m delighted to be a part of this exciting project where I step into the shoes of King Randor, father to the legendary Prince Adam/He-Man. The remarkable Charlotte Riley portrays Queen Marlena, He-Man’s loving mother who hails from Earth in this live-action adaptation. Sasheer Zamata brings Suzie to life, and Christian Vunipola takes on the role of Hussein.
