On a Friday, Petty joined Minaj during a TikTok Live session. Throughout the broadcast, Minaj expressed her thoughts on not allowing anyone to take away one’s joy. Seated behind Minaj, Petty reportedly concurred, stating, “Indeed, that’s especially true for immature individuals or those who act in an inconsiderate manner.”

According to Peak, he was labeled by Minaj as a “secret agent hired to undermine her” in the year 2017. He maintains that Minaj invited him to her hotel room, and then, in full view of over 100,000 spectators, she supposedly publicly humiliated him.

Moreover, Peak asserts that Petty physically harassed him at the Super Bowl LIV event in 2020. Furthermore, he accuses the Super Bass rapper of suggesting that he was receiving government assistance. She is said to have called him “a step away from a picnic” and labeled him as a persistent nuisance who fabricated stories about working for her.

Judd Burstein, Nicki Minaj’s lawyer, explained to TMZ that for years, Peak had been persistently bothering the musician on social media. Before filing the lawsuit, he attempted to exploit the situation financially. The attorney further mentioned that once compelled to cover Minaj’s legal expenses as mandated by California law, Peak will likely regret choosing this questionable path.
