Has Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck’s $68M USD LA Mansion Been Sold? Status Explored Amid Couple’s Divorce Filing

As a lifestyle expert with over three decades of experience in the industry, I must say that the real estate market can sometimes be as unpredictable as a Hollywood romance. The fact that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s lavish Beverly Hills estate, priced at a whopping $68 million, has been on the market since June without finding a buyer is certainly intriguing.

The extravagant $68 million mansion in Beverly Hills owned by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has remained unsold since it was put up for sale in June, despite being on the market for more than two months.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been keeping an ear to the ground about the latest real estate happenings in LA, and let me tell you, there’s been some intriguing news regarding that sprawling mansion once owned by the high-profile couple who recently parted ways. Despite the buzz surrounding their divorce, I’ve heard from my trusted sources within the industry that there hasn’t been any substantial progress on selling the property yet.

One agent told TMZ that the $8 million price increase could be the reason why the mansion isn’t attracting interested buyers. For those who may not know, Bennifer purchased the abode just last year for $60 million. Though the couple spent more money on renovations, even with those small upgrades, the realtors state it’s tough to explain why the property costs an additional $8 million less than a year later.

If you’re curious, the divorced couple’s previous residence features a spacious pool, a garage that can accommodate twelve vehicles, and additional facilities such as a gym, boxing ring, and pickleball court. According to its Zillow listing, this dwelling, known as Crestview Manor, lies on five acres of land offering stunning mountain vistas. Constructed in 2000, it’s a relatively modern property for the region.

On August 20, Tuesday, Jennifer Lopez submitted divorce papers from Ben Affleck – an unfortunate coincidence as it was also their second wedding anniversary in Georgia. Despite sharing a marital bond, they had been residing apart since May, with their separate coastlines serving as distance between them. This separation began when whispers of marital issues arose publicly. Lopez enjoyed her summer in New York City and embarked on a European vacation in late June. In contrast, Affleck remained in Los Angeles until Jennifer’s divorce filing last week.

On July 24, which coincided with his friend’s 55th birthday, the actor finalized the purchase of a new $20.5 million house in Brentwood, California. Interestingly, it was reported that he had disliked the property in question due to its distance from his children. Meanwhile, at a party thrown by Lopez for friends and family in New York, the Oscar winner was unexpectedly not present.

Lopez, too, is searching for a new home in Los Angeles, anticipating a fresh start following her second unsuccessful pursuit of ‘happily ever after’ with Affleck.
