It’s high time for some White Castle dining and buckle up for more ridiculousness and chuckles! The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that a fourth installment of the hilarious duo, Harold & Kumar, is underway. Frankly, this unexpected development didn’t cross our minds at all. Their last on-screen appearance was in 2011 with “A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas,” where they reconciled and lit up a joint following the resolution of their personal issues, among other things. (For simplicity’s sake, that’s a brief summary.) The talented John Cho and Kal Penn are anticipated to reprise their iconic roles in this forthcoming sequel of Harold & Kumar.
The creators of the original film, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, are currently working on a script for Harold & Kumar 4. Mandate Pictures, which falls under Lionsgate’s umbrella, will be responsible for producing this upcoming sequel. There’s a possibility that Neil Patrick Harris could reprise his role too. At the moment, no actors have been officially cast for the project; however, Hurwitz and Schlossberg are excited about it.

It’s intriguing to discover whether they’ve evolved yet remained familiar in this follow-up. Without a doubt, we could all benefit from some wild escapades and humor at the moment.
