
Universal Pictures just dropped a new trailer for their upcoming romantic comedy, You, Me & Tuscany, featuring Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page. The movie takes place along the beautiful Amalfi Coast in Italy and will be in US theaters on April 10, 2026.
The film centers around Anna, portrayed by Halle Bailey, a spirited young cook who impulsively moves into an empty villa in Tuscany belonging to a stranger. This sets off a chain of exciting events, deceptions, and a surprising love story. Michael, played by Regé-Jean Page, is a relative of the villa’s owner and brings even more mystery to the plot.

Lorenzo de Moor plays Matteo, and the cast also features Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott as Claire, Nia Vardalos as Mrs. Dunn, and Isabella Ferrari as Matteo’s mother, Gabriella. The actors combine experienced performers with exciting new talent, bringing the story’s characters to life.
Kat Coiro directed the movie, based on a screenplay by Ryan Engle. Initially planned as Italianna and announced in March 2025, the project saw several casting changes, welcoming actors like Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott, and Lorenzo de Moor. Shooting started in June, utilizing the beautiful scenery of Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
