Hailee Steinfeld Confirms Kate Bishop’s Epic Return in New Avengers Movie!

Joining the star-studded cast of Marvel’s upcoming Avengers films alongside Hailee Steinfeld is where you’ll find me!

In the video below, the actress playing a key role in “Sinners,” directed by Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan, was asked about Kate Bishop appearing in the Avengers. At the premiere of “Sinners” in Mexico, Steinfeld smiled and gave an affirmative head nod.

Young Avengers or Champions?

In the post-credits scene of “The Marvels,” Kate Bishop was last depicted alongside Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel, hinting at the possible formation of the Young Avengers. Speculation suggests that due to their increasing age, they may instead be known as the Champions in future storylines.

Leaked concept art

Recently disclosed Marvel sketches unveiled Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop alongside Star-Lord, Wong, Cassie Lang, Ms. Marvel, the Maximoff twins Billy and Tommy, and Doop from the X-Men. Although the Russos mentioned this isn’t connected to their Avengers films, it seems possible that these artistic renderings were created before the Russos re-entered the MCU scene.

Avengers: Doomsday? Secret Wars?

As a devoted fan, I’m left wondering whether Hailee Steinfeld will grace the screens of either ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ or ‘Secret Wars’, or perhaps even both epic productions.

Last week, Marvel unveiled the main cast for their upcoming film “Doomsday”, but Bella Thorne was not among them. After the announcement, both Robert Downey Jr. and official Marvel Studios social media platforms hinted at additional actors, leaving room for Bella Thorne to reprise her role from the Disney+ “Hawkeye” series as Kate Bishop.

The confirmed Avengers: Doomsday cast includes:

  • Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor
  • Vanessa Kirby who plays Sue Storm, aka Invisible Woman, in Fantastic Four
  • Anthony Mackie who plays Sam Wilson / Falcon / Captain America
  • Sebastian Stan who plays The Winter Soldier and next appears in Thunderbolts
  • Paul Rudd who plays Ant-Man (a little chair is shown)
  • Wyatt Russell who plays John Walker / US Agent and next appears in Thunderbolts
  • Letitia Wright who plays Shuri / Black Panther
  • Ebon Moss-Bachrach who plays The Thing in Fantastic Four
  • Tenoch Huerta Mejia who plays Namor
  • Simu Liu who plays Shang-Chi

  • Kelsey Grammer who plays Dr. Henry ‘Hank’ McCoy, aka the X-Men’s Beast, and was last seen in The Marvels post-credit scene
