So, Bitcoin takes a nosedive to $85k, liquidations are raining like a Larry David monologue gone wrong, and what does Grayscale do? They double down, saying BTC will hit new highs in 2026. 🤷♂️ Because, you know, four-year cycles are so 2017. Apparently, they’re as outdated as my sense of fashion. 🕶️ Despite a 21% correction in the past month, Grayscale’s like, “No biggie, we got this.” Investors? They’re eating it up like free samples at Costco. 🛒
Grayscale: Four-Year Cycle? More Like Four-Year Snore 😴
In a report that dropped on Dec. 1 (yeah, I know, who reads reports?), Grayscale basically said Bitcoin’s four-year cycle is deader than my social life. 🪦 The cycle, which supposedly predicts BTC peaking every four years, is now “invalid.” Grayscale analysts dropped this gem:
“Although the outlook is uncertain, we believe the four-year cycle thesis will prove to be incorrect, and that Bitcoin’s price will potentially make new highs next year.”
Because, you know, why follow patterns when you can just wing it? 🎲
Grayscale also pointed out that this cycle hasn’t had the usual parabolic surge. You know, the kind that makes you think, “Oh, this is totally sustainable.” 📈 Instead, institutional money is running the show through ETFs. 🏦 And let’s not forget the macro environment-Fed cuts, crypto legislation, and Bitcoin Treasury firms like MSTR. It’s like a financial soap opera, but with more spreadsheets. 📊

Tom Lee from BitMine chimed in, saying there’s a gap between market fundamentals and asset prices. Shocking, I know. 🧐
BTC Price: The Ultimate “Guess Who?” Game 🎲
Bitcoin bulls tried to hold $90k, but it slipped faster than my grip on reality. On Dec. 1, it dropped to $86k. Ted Pillows (great name, by the way) says BTC’s in a “neutral zone.” You know, like Switzerland, but with more volatility. 🇨🇭
$BTC is currently in no zone.
Either Bitcoin needs to reclaim the $88,000 level, or it’ll drop towards the November low.

So, it’s either up or down. Thanks, Ted. Really groundbreaking stuff. 🌟 If BTC doesn’t hit $88k, we’re looking at November lows under $80k. Strap in, folks-it’s gonna be a wild ride. 🎢
