Initially, Simon Cowell opted for numerous facial fillers; however, he later expressed his remorse about this decision. Reminiscing on past experiences, the judge from America’s Got Talent recounted a time when he received Botox injections and spoke of the complications that ensued.

Speaking about the program, its executive producer admitted, “I may have overstepped slightly at one point.

During an interview with the media outlet in April 2022, the well-known TV personality shared that he stumbled upon an old photograph of himself and was taken aback, not being able to recognize his own reflection. The former judge of American Idol also admitted that at one point, he resembled a character straight from a horror movie.

Simon Cowell shared that upon seeing their father’s new facial fillers, his 8-year-old son, Eric, displayed a great deal of excitement or laughter, perhaps in a state of amusement or surprise.

At this point, Simon Cowell chose to discontinue his use of injectables. He made it clear that there’s absolutely no filler in his face currently, stating “there’s zero.” This was his declaration to the media.

Afterward, Cowell pointed out that rather than depending on aesthetic procedures, he opted for improved dietary habits. Since then, consuming plenty of water and adopting a healthier diet have emerged as his preferred strategies for maintaining a youthful appearance.

Discussing several electric bike mishaps, Cowell explained that he suffered a broken back after a fall in August 2020.
