The movie titled “Godzilla X Kong: Supernova” is currently being filmed in the UK within Legendary’s Monsterverse. Snapshots and clips suggest it will be a massive disaster film. Previously, a “severe Titan alert” was hinted at, and the scenes being captured seem to align with that plotline directly.

Reports indicate that manufacturing activities have been happening throughout the week at Queen’s Wharf, concluding on Friday.

In the storyline, it appears that Matthew Modine might belong to a highly specialized military team. Some spectators speculate this could be G-Force, a fictional organization conceived by the United Nations for the purpose of keeping watch over, protecting against, and if required, annihilating Godzilla and other titanic creatures.

The beginning of filming shows that “Godzilla X Kong: Supernova” is temporarily called “Zeus.” Studios use such working titles to keep movies secret during shooting and in production documents. However, the truth is, the movie referred to as “Zeus” is actually “Godzilla X Kong: Supernova.

A few weeks back, it was revealed that the movie titled “Godzilla vs. Kong: Nova” will hit theaters on March 26th, 2027. This epic battle is directed by Grant Sputore.

The cast

In this production, we have Dan Stevens reprising his character Trapper, joined by fresh faces such as Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo, Matthew Modine, Alycia Debnam-Carey, and Sam Neill.

Plot

We’ll be introduced to several fresh human characters who will join forces with the legendary titans, Godzilla and Kong, as they band together to confront an apocalyptic, world-ending peril.

Who does Godzilla and Kong fight?

In this battle between Godzilla and Kong, it’s unclear which Titan, or possibly multiple Titans, they are facing off against. As with past films, the combatants could be entirely fresh characters that haven’t appeared in the original Toho productions.

As a die-hard movie fan, I’m eagerly wondering if the upcoming blockbuster Godzilla X Kong: Supernova might bring us SpaceGodzilla, a cosmic version of Godzilla, amplified by extraterrestrial energy. This intriguing character could be a genetically-altered clone of our beloved giant monster, infused with the power of alien radiation!

Another option could be Gigan, a giant, cyborg-alien monster from space, sporting buzzsaw claws, a laser-emitting eye, and a metallic hook in place of its hands.
