Starting July 12, Hasbro is introducing a brand new computer-generated animated series called “Transformers: Cyberworld”. This series is specifically designed for children between the ages of 6 and 11. Over the course of summer 2026, these 36 episodes will be gradually released on the official Transformers YouTube channel.
In this series, you’ll recognize characters such as Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Elita-1, Megatron, and Grimlock, who find themselves in a perilous world reminiscent of a video game. Each episode lasts about five minutes. Prepare for dynamic alliances, escalating obstacles, and a thrilling pursuit for Energon to fuel the plot.
Cyberworld Expands the Transformers Universe
Hasbro indicates that “Cyberworld” signifies a fresh trajectory for the Transformers series. This creative endeavor is intended to facilitate storytelling not only in the television show but also in the accompanying toys. As stated by Tamara Grindrod, Global Play Leader for Action Brands, the objective is to offer novel avenues for children and families to interact with the brand.
In a thrilling new development for the TRANSFORMERS franchise, Grindrod stated that TRANSFORMERS: CYBERWORLD opens up a fresh chapter. This new universe offers a platform where children and families can immerse themselves in unlimited storytelling adventures, blending entertainment and play. We eagerly anticipate seeing how fans react to this latest venture and the cherished moments they’ll forge as they delve deeper into the series.
You’ll be able to access the series in seven different languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, and Simplified Chinese (Mandarin).
Cyberworld Toy Line Launches with the Show
In addition to the TV series, Hasbro is unveiling a line of Transformers: Cyberworld action figures. These toys are designed for swift play and hassle-free transformations, enabling children to either mimic the events in the episodes or create their own tales.
Key products include:
- Scorponok Strike Battle Set – Large-scale playset that anchors the line
- Chomp & Battle Grimlock – Action-ready dino form
- Cyber Changers – Fast-converting figures
- Additional characters and figures tied to the show’s episodes
As a passionate movie buff, I can’t help but appreciate the thoughtful design behind each and every Transformers toy. These toys are meticulously crafted to seamlessly blend within the “play universe,” offering kids an unparalleled freedom in their interaction with Transformers content. This cross-compatibility allows for a rich, immersive play experience that truly brings the Transformers world to life!
