In simpler terms, the user-generated content mode for Genshin Impact will be named “Miliastra Wonderland” and is set to enter open beta with the release of Version Luna II (6.1) scheduled for mid-October 2025, as announced during a special program for Genshin Impact Version Luna I.
During the open beta of Miliastra Wonderland, players will be able to play on stages designed by other creators, which include new social features and gameplay elements. In update Luna III (6.2), HoYoverse plans to launch a platform for sharing assets, allowing the Miliastra Wonderland community to utilize existing Genshin Impact resources. In update Luna IV (6.3), creators will have an earnings system introduced, and characters from Genshin Impact will be able to appear in custom maps.
The initial teaser for Miliastra Wonderland offers a glimpse into the variety of game maps and mini-games that players may encounter during the open beta testing.
Developers have designed a variety of games such as a board game, a culinary simulation, a tower defense strategy, a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA), a soccer match, a third-person action shooter, and numerous other interactive experiences. In the User-Generated Content (UGC) mode, players will even have the ability to customize their characters fully.
HoYoverse has previously shown a glimpse of the UGC mode’s powerful creator tools.
