Given that Nina has his safe combination and Maxie can enter his home due to her role as his interior designer, they possess the necessary means to thoroughly search his premises for any questionable items.

In another place, Drew, who doesn’t know about the plans to deceive him, is determined to extort Portia. This is because Portia fabricated Heather Webber’s medical report, and Drew discovered this fact. The motive behind Portia’s wrongdoing hasn’t been explained yet, but it’s clear that it’s a significant issue.

If word of this confidential matter spreads, there’s a risk she might lose her medical license. Aware of the potential repercussions, Drew has kept the information hidden and used it for his advantage. Yet, as Curtin enters the room, he continues to extort her.
