Gen V Season 2 Trailer Drops: Get Ready for the Epic Premiere on September 17!

On September 17, Season 2 of Gen V resumes on Amazon Prime Video, starting with a trio of episodes. Subsequent episodes will be released on a weekly basis, culminating in the final episode on October 22.

During the CCXP México event, Amazon’s Prime Video unveiled upcoming developments in their projects, with actors Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, London Thor, and Derek Luh offering glimpses into what lies ahead for fans.

What’s Happening at Godolkin University

In the warped world depicted in “The Boys”, Season 2 commences with Godolkin University reopening under fresh management. A cryptic new dean is vowing to propel students beyond their limits. Characters Cate and Sam are now celebrated as heroes, while Marie, Jordan, and Emma return, tormented by past events. As tensions escalate between Superheroes and ordinary citizens, the pupils uncover a hidden secret linked to the school’s origins – and it appears that Marie may be implicated in some way.

Returning and New Cast Members

The principal characters are Jaz Sinclair portraying Marie Moreau, Lizze Broadway in the role of Emma Meyer, Maddie Phillips playing Cate Dunlap, London Thor and Derek Luh as Jordan Li, Asa Germann acting as Sam Riordan, and Sean Patrick Thomas taking on the character of Polarity.

Hamish Linklater joins the show as the new Dean Cipher.

Who’s Behind the Series

Michelle Fazekas resumes her role as the showrunner and executive producer. Joining her in these positions are Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Neal H. Moritz, and others. The production company behind Gen V is Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, with distribution on Prime Video.
