Garth Brooks Accuser Claims Country Star Made Disturbing Advances About ‘Threesome’ Involving His Wife Trisha Yearwood

As a dedicated follower of the entertainment industry with decades of experience under my belt, I’ve seen it all – the highs, the lows, and everything in between. The recent allegations against Garth Brooks are certainly not new to me, but they are particularly troubling.

On October 3rd, a complaint was submitted alleging that country music icon Garth Brooks has been accused of rape and sexual assault by a woman named Jane Roe. This accusation stems from the fact that Roe, who started working as Brooks’ makeup artist and hairstylist in 2017, claims that he made sexually inappropriate comments and advances towards her, despite his marriage to Trisha Yearwood being present at times.

As a devoted follower, I’ve been closely monitoring the recent accusations that have stirred up quite a commotion. In response, Brooks has unequivocally denied each and every one of these claims, categorizing them as an attempt at extortion.

Jane Roe’s lawsuit outlines several occasions where Brooks is accused of acting inappropriately. As stated in the claim, Roe was employed as Brooks’ makeup artist in 2017, despite having worked with his wife, Yearwood, back in 1999. In her case, Roe alleges that Brooks exposed himself to her, revealing his genitals and buttocks, and made lewd remarks of a sexual nature.

One significant claim being made is that Brooks suggested on multiple occasions his interest in forming a trio with Roe and her spouse, Trisha Yearwood. Roe asserts that Brooks subtly implied she was the intended third party in these discussions.

According to Roe’s lawsuit, Brooks began discussing sexual topics more frequently with her, often suggesting they might involve a third party in their relationship, with implications that she could be included.

Additionally, Roe states that Trisha Yearwood, Brooks’ wife since 2005, is said to have heard at least one of the inappropriate three-person comment discussions. The lawsuit mentions that Yearwood was in the vicinity when Brooks made these concerning remarks, but it does not show that she took part in or endorsed the conversations.

Beyond mentioning a threesome, Roe alleges that Brooks also made more inappropriate comments about his sexual encounters. Specifically, she says that Brooks bragged about engaging in sexual activities with numerous women of diverse backgrounds throughout different sections of a hotel room.

On Thursday evening, Garth Brooks made a public response to the lawsuit via PEOPLE. He firmly refuted the accusations, stating that he has been subjected to continuous threats and financial demands.

For the last two months, Brooks claims he’s been subjected to continuous intimidation through threats, falsehoods, and sad stories about his potential fate should he fail to cash a large sum of money by signing a check.

He also addressed the idea of paying to get the situation resolved, saying that no matter how much or how little it is still hush money. In his mind, that means committing to behavior he is incapable of, ugly acts that no human should ever commit upon another.

Brooks mentioned that they had initiated a lawsuit against Roe about a month back, in response to the accusations. He characterized the situation as involving extortion and harming his reputation.

About a month back, Brooks chose to file a lawsuit anonymously in order to voice his opposition towards extortion and character assassination. In his statement, he mentioned this action was taken primarily to protect the families involved on both sides.
