Crunchyroll has a lot of popular anime each week, including exciting action shows, brand new fantasy series, and relaxing slice-of-life adventures. Here’s a list, counting down from 10 to 1, of what viewers are watching the most. We’ve included quick details about each show, like when it started, its current season progress, the animation studio behind it, and where you can watch it.
10. ‘Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!’ (2025– )

This fun series combines fantasy and food, following a noblewoman who’s as skilled at fighting monsters as she is at enjoying them – as meals! The anime adaptation of the popular web novel premiered in October 2025 and is currently airing as part of the fall season, with new episodes released each week.
9. ‘Tougen Anki’ (2025– )

This anime is based on the dark fantasy manga by Yura Urushibara, and tells the story of warriors descended from powerful Oni and Momotarō figures. Produced by Studio Hibari, it first aired on July 11, 2025, with more episodes continuing in October 2025. Ato Nonaka directed the series, and Kohta Yamamoto composed the music. 8. ‘Solo Leveling’ (2024– )

The anime series, based on the popular story of Chugong, follows Sung Jinwoo’s incredible journey from a weak hunter to one of the strongest. It began streaming on Crunchyroll in January 2024 and quickly gained recognition, winning several major awards in 2025. Official sources confirm that Crunchyroll is where you can watch the anime and when new episodes are released. The series is continuing to grow, with more seasons and related projects planned.
7. ‘My Hero Academia’ (2016– )

My Hero Academia, a popular anime series created by Bones, tells the story of Izuku Midoriya as he trains at U.A. High School and battles the League of Villains. The show premiered in 2016 and concluded with its eighth season in October 2025, available worldwide on Crunchyroll. Throughout its run until 2024, the series released multiple seasons, culminating in a final arc. It’s considered a key anime for modern action-adventure fans and has consistently been accessible to audiences globally.
6. ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ (2020– )

I’ve been completely hooked on MAPPA’s incredible take on Jujutsu Kaisen! It all started with Yuji Itadori discovering this hidden world of cursed energy, and we’ve already had two amazing seasons. The first one aired from October 2020 to March 2021, and the second ran from July to December 2023. I’m already counting down the days until Season 3, which is set to begin in January 2026 and will cover the Culling Game arc. Thankfully, Crunchyroll will continue to stream it, and it’s clear this series is a huge part of what makes Crunchyroll so great!
5. ‘My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s’ (2025– )

This anime, based on Matsuri Akai’s novels, centers around a student who is unexpectedly transported to another world with his classmate, who is hailed as a hero. However, the student soon realizes his skills as an assassin are more powerful than anything expected of a traditional hero. Produced by TMS Entertainment and animated by Sunrise, the show began airing in October 2025 and is available for streaming on Crunchyroll. Official announcements cover the team involved, the show’s music, and where it’s being shown internationally, with new episodes released every week during the fall season.
4. ‘Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill’ (2023– )

This anime is a fantasy cooking show about Mukouda and his always-hungry companion, Fel. They travel a magical world to find ingredients, using a special online shopping ability. The first season came out in 2023, and the second season started airing on TV Tokyo in October 2025, with streaming available worldwide on Crunchyroll. The animation is done by MAPPA, and each new part of the season features fresh opening and ending themes. Viewers can rewatch older episodes before starting the latest season.
3. ‘A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai’ (2025– )

The series centers around Takeru Kamishiro, an office worker transported to a magical world where success depends on collecting materials, rather than fighting. It premiered in late September 2025, and Crunchyroll will be releasing new episodes weekly this fall, with an English dub available at launch. SynergySP produced the adaptation, with support from Tatsunoko Production, and it focuses heavily on crafting and gathering resources.
2. ‘May I Ask for One Final Thing?’ (2025– )

This autumn, Liden Films’ Kyoto studio released a fantasy anime about Scarlet El Vandimion, a noblewoman whose final wish sets off a quest for justice. The anime began streaming on Crunchyroll in October 2025, with new episodes released every Friday. The first season will have 13 episodes, and both subtitled and dubbed versions are available.
1. ‘Gachiakuta’ (2025– )

Based on the popular manga, the anime series Bones follows the story of Kei Urana and Hideyoshi Andou. It centers around Rudo, who is banished to a dangerous place called the Pit and must fight terrifying creatures known as “trash beasts” using special weapons.
