In addition to what she previously said, the multitalented woman openly expressed that she harbors no remorse about the choices that shaped her current life. She candidly disclosed, “It didn’t necessarily prevent me from facing some tough times. I came close.

In her own words, the star of “Marry Me” expressed that currently, she feels content with where she is in life. As she reflects on the past, she strongly believes that each event, whether positive or negative, served a purpose for the best. Additionally, she mentioned that her understanding of marriage and relationships took time to fully grasp.

Lopez asserted that since childhood, she faced challenges with constantly seeking approval, striving for flawlessness, and the ongoing struggle of being a middle child, vying for attention from her preoccupied parents, the public eye, and her romantic relationships.

In an interview, the actress admitted, “I adore my parents, yet I can’t deny that their upbringing and personalities have impacted me significantly.” She further explained, “It’s only when these patterns begin to show up in my adult relationships that I truly understand. For instance, ‘I’m accustomed to being ignored by this person.’ or ‘I’m comfortable with this person treating me in certain ways.’ This self-realization has been a profound journey for me.
