In August 2024, Josh Hartnett disclosed that he executed his own stunts during the filming of a thriller at the age of 46, stating that it was tougher than it used to be in his twenties.

In an upcoming movie titled “Fight or Flight,” I’m set to perform my own daring stunts. As I turn 46, I was actually 45 when we filmed it. There’s a particularly demanding scene where I engage in hand-to-hand combat with numerous adversaries on an airplane in a confined space. I found that this physical challenge was the most taxing I’ve ever encountered, given that recovery isn’t as swift as it used to be.
