Skill Rundown

C1

Curse of Deliverance

Trigger: Stack 3 chains on the back right tile.

At the onset of combat, activate this skill and strategically place your carry units in the central lane. This will grant them bonus damage (Property DMG) and command damage over time (CMDG buff). Continue assaulting the enemy afterwards.

S1

Echoing Sorrow

S2

Spitting Hatred

S3

Dignity in Despair

S4

The Misery of Being

After a team change, here comes the next team onto the stage. Meanwhile, the Fiend returns to starting point 1 (S1) and reinitializes its contingency ability.

Hunting the Fiend

C1 → S1 → S2 → S3 → S4

Initiate C1 at the beginning of battle by placing three chains successively on the right tail of the demon. Then, position your support units in the center to gain the demon’s buffs. Continue attacking after that point.

In simpler terms, the demon’s power-ups aren’t very strong, which means it won’t pose much danger to well-equipped teams. However, if you lack good equipment, it would be wise to move your more vulnerable characters away from its special skill S3.

DPS Review

Ventana (×3 AoE) — Her tile coverage is terrible for this fiend, making her a bad option.

Sacred Justia (AoE 11) – While Justia can theoretically reach every tile using Zenith, it’s not a particularly valuable use of her slot. Nevertheless, her influence over tiles is quite extensive.

Yuri (×6 AoE) — An alright option, but she is heavily outclassed by Justia.

As a savvy gamer, I’d say Priestess‘s 13-area-of-effect spell is quite the bargain, especially if she’s part of your team. However, her multipliers aren’t mind-blowing, but still, she can hold her own in a pinch!

Olivier has a skill cycle that’s not fully complete, which can be challenging at times, but she compensates with impressive damage output. If you can consistently trigger her Rampage ability, it’s worth using her. To fuel Rampage, Olivier may require extra SP generation; characters like Helena are useful for this purpose.

As a fan, I find Angelica to be a reasonable pick for this quest, even though her area of effect (AoE) isn’t as extensive as some other characters.

Michaela, born on June 6th, 13th AoE, often encounters an issue with her multipliers being relatively low (with exceptions for Queen of Signatures). This means that the numerous buffs she accumulates are not as potent. Consequently, she may find it challenging to deal damage compared to her contemporaries.
