On the anticipated date, February 4th – a fitting tribute to the Fantastic Four (F4) – I’m excitedly awaiting Marvel Studios to unveil the trailer for their upcoming film, “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

The trailer is confirmed to be released tomorrow at 7am EST.

The text states, “The Future Foundation extends an invitation for you to embark on your journey into a marvelous, upcoming epoch.” It continues, “Coverage of this event commences on February 4th at 4 AM Pacific Time or 7 AM Eastern Time.

What is The Fantastic Four: First Steps about?

In the lively setting of a 1960s-inspired, futuristic world with a retro twist, Marvel Studios presents ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’. This film introduces Marvel’s original family—Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal), who becomes Mister Fantastic; Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby), known as Invisible Woman; Johnny Storm (Joseph Quinn), transformed into Human Torch; and Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) who takes on the role of The Thing. They confront their toughest challenge yet.

Facing the challenging task of upholding their heroic duties alongside the strong ties of family, they find themselves battling against a voracious cosmic entity known as Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his mysterious Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). Not only does the threat of Galactus consuming the entire planet loom large, but the danger becomes intensely personal.

This action-packed film features Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles as part of its star-studded cast. Matt Shakman directs this production, while Kevin Feige takes on the role of producer. Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis serve as executive producers for Marvel Studios’ “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”. This movie is set to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
