I have to say, Gwyneth Paltrow looked amazing at the event! She went with this really chic, minimalist black Valentino Haute Couture gown. It was sweet seeing her and Apple on the red carpet together – they both kept things pretty simple and natural with minimal jewelry and those effortless, undone hairstyles. It felt really genuine and not overly styled, which I appreciated.

Josh Safdie’s new film, Marty Supreme, features Gwyneth Paltrow as Kay Stone, a former actress, and Timothée Chalamet as Marty Mauser, a young man pursuing a career in table tennis. It hits theaters on December 25th.
As a total cinema fashion buff, I was thrilled to see Apple Martin rocking a piece of her mom Gwyneth Paltrow’s history! It’s not the first time she’s dipped into her mother’s closet – Gwyneth actually shared a picture last year of Apple wearing the Alexander McQueen gown she wore to the Oscars back in 2002. That dress – a sheer black top with a dramatic long train – is legendary, and it’s so cool to see Apple embracing those iconic looks.
