Fan Gets Help From Hilary Duff With Proposal at Opening Night of Vegas Show

Hilary Duff made a special night unforgettable for a couple of her fans, showing she still knows how to create a touching experience. She launched her Las Vegas residency at Voltaire on Friday, February 13th. While performing her popular song “With Love,” she brought two fans onstage to join her in recreating the song’s well-known dance routine.

Hilary was part of a pre-arranged plan all along. After the dance routine finished, she pretended to pause the show, saying, “Um, just one second,” and then handed her microphone to a fan. The crowd erupted when the fan got down on one knee and proposed to his boyfriend right there on stage.

When the fan accepted the proposal, red confetti filled the air, marking the happy occasion. Hilary immediately joined the celebration, running over to hug the newly engaged couple as the audience cheered and asked for a kiss. Fans at the show said it was the most memorable moment of the first night of her concert series.

Kylie Minogue’s performances at The Venetian in Las Vegas are just the start of a packed year. Following her Valentine’s Day concerts, she’ll return to the venue for three more shows in May. She’s also announced the dates for her Lucky Me World Tour, which will take her across North America, Europe, Australia, and Mexico later this year.

As a huge Hilary Duff fan, I’m so excited for what’s coming! She’s releasing her sixth studio album, luck… or something, on February 20th – it’s her first full album in over ten years, and she’s already given us a taste with songs like ‘Mature’ and ‘Roommates’. But that’s not all – she’s also starring in a new docuseries directed by Sam Wrench that’s going to show us what it’s been like for her juggling motherhood and making a big return to music. I can’t wait to see it all!

Hilary will be starring in a new Hulu series called Pretty Ugly. The show offers a unique and visually interesting take on the competitive world of beauty pageants. She’ll be playing Miranda Miller, a woman who was once a pageant queen herself and is now intensely focused on turning her daughter into one too.

The popular performer is thrilled to be back performing live, recently sharing with reporters how excited she is to be on stage again after a long hiatus. With tour dates scheduled well into 2027 and a new album coming out soon, she’s quickly regaining her prominent position in the pop music world.
