F1 Movie: Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, Rosé and More Join Star-Studded Soundtrack of Upcoming Sports Drama

The highly anticipated F1 movie directed by Joseph Kosinski, featuring Brad Pitt in the role of ex-F1 driver Sonny Hayes, is shaping up to be a blockbuster with an impressive cast! Atlantic Records has unveiled the full list of musicians who will contribute to the soundtrack of this Apple Original film.

In a surprising move, Hayes emerges from his retirement to guide a fictitious racing team, APXGP, with an up-and-coming driver named Joshua Pearce, portrayed by Damson Idris. The anticipated soundtrack of the movie was officially revealed on April 30, disclosing its roster of artists.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that one of the standout tunes will be “Lose My Mind” by Houston artist Don Toliver, who doubles as both a rapper and songwriter. This track features none other than Doja Cat, a Grammy-winning sensation. Additionally, the film promises to debut some fresh, never-heard-before tracks.

A diverse array of artists such as Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, RAYE, Burna Boy, ROSÉ, Roddy Ricch, Dom Dolla, Chris Stapleton, Tiësto, Sexyy Red, Myke Towers, Madison Beer, and others will be contributing to the extended soundtrack of the sports drama.

Atlantic Records West Coast President Kevin Weaver is responsible for producing the F1 album. This Grammy-winning producer has been the driving force behind numerous hit albums such as The Barbie album, Twisters: The Album, The Greatest Showman, Suicide Squad, Daisy Jones & The Six, Birds Of Prey, and many others.

The individual known as the “soundtrack guru” by Rolling Stone, who’s worked on numerous multi-platinum soundtrack projects that have been sold globally, was honored at the Miami Grand Prix with an immersive experience for attendees throughout the entire event, in recognition of the release of the F1 album.

The event extends over the entirety of the Formula 1 race, commencing on May 4th. Exclusively for fans, a premium VIP area called the paddock will be established, offering a lavish experience that includes both viewing the race and enjoying an album playing in the background.

F1 will be released in theaters on June 25.
