Season 3 will feature some new faces! Cole Escola will be playing Bon Clay, and Xolo Maridueña will join the cast as Portgas D. Ace, Luffy’s brother. Plus, several actors – Hoover, Manganiello, Abova, and Ramamurthy – will now be series regulars, meaning we’ll see more of their characters throughout the season.
Netflix greenlit a third season of the show back in August, before anyone had even seen season two, demonstrating how much faith they have in the live-action series. Now that filming has begun, viewers can look forward to more exciting stories, thrilling action, and the beloved teamwork of the Straw Hat Pirates when the new season is released.
