Every Holiday Attraction Coming to Universal Studios This Year

Every fall, Universal Studios transforms into a spooky haven for Halloween Horror Nights, filled with ghosts and creatures. But the frights won’t last forever! Universal Studios Hollywood announced that it will soon switch gears and become a festive winter wonderland. Get ready for hot cocoa, cozy sweaters, and lots of holiday fun – here’s a look at all the exciting attractions coming to the park for the 2025-2026 holiday season.

Grinchmas

Get ready for Grinchmas at Universal Studios! The park will be transformed into the whimsical world of Whoville, with snow falling and a towering 65-foot Christmas tree as the centerpiece. Enjoy nightly tree lighting shows, special performances, and fun, interactive activities for the whole family.

Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be transformed with festive Christmas decorations like twinkling lights and colorful garlands. Guests – wizards and non-magical folk alike – can also enjoy beautiful Christmas carols sung by The Frog Choir.

Each night, Hogwarts Castle is transformed by a stunning Christmas light show. The dazzling display is set to a beautiful collection of music from the Harry Potter films.

Winter Cheer in Mushroom Kingdom at Super Nintendo World

Super Nintendo World’s Mushroom Kingdom is getting into the holiday spirit with two cheerful snowmen! One is dressed like Mario, complete with his red hat and scarf, and the other is styled after Luigi, sporting a green cap and scarf. They’re standing next to a beautifully decorated tree with a Super Star on top, creating a perfect photo opportunity that’s guaranteed to brighten your day.

This winter, guests can collect special digital stamps with their Power-Up Bands. From December 1st to February 28th, look for the exclusive “Winter Wonder” stamp. Plus, a special “Holiday Party” stamp will be available throughout December.

When Will the Festivities Begin?

Universal Studios kicks off its holiday celebrations on November 24th and continues every day through January 4, 2026. All the festive fun is included with your regular park ticket, and we can’t wait for everyone to enjoy this year’s holiday season!

As a huge fan of Halloween, I’m happy to say the spooky fun isn’t over yet! Halloween Horror Nights is still running at the park, and you can get your scare on until November 2nd. I’m definitely planning another visit!
