‘Every Halloween Is Fun’: Martha Stewart REVEALS Dragging Surfboard In Wetsuit Up Park Avenue

As someone who has admired Martha Stewart for her impeccable style and creativity over the years, I must say that her Halloween costumes have always been a highlight of the season for me. Her dedication to crafting unique and intricate outfits is truly inspiring, and it’s clear that she enjoys every moment of the creative process as much as the actual event itself.

Among all people, none takes more delight in donning Halloween costumes than Martha Stewart. Similarly, she cherishes the creative process behind the costumes just as much as the occasion itself.

On October 1st, Tuesday, the iconic 83-year-old figurehead of hospitality and home life offered a peek into her 2021 Halloween costume preparations, as well as reminiscing about her past favorite costumes in a shared video uploaded to YouTube. Stewart recounted an old incident where she invested significant time on creating her costume for a specific event.

Stewart shared that every Halloween is always enjoyable. He remembered once strolling a surfboard up Park Avenue while in a wetsuit, giving the impression he had just come from surfing. When he arrived at the Waldorf Hotel for Bette Midler’s Hulaween event, no taxi would take him with his surfboard, so it seemed like he had been surfing there as well.

In the image, the woman in business attire flashed a smile as she struck a pose, donning a black long-sleeve Body Glove wetsuit with teal accents. She held onto a genuine boogie board, and her hair appeared damp. Stewart commented, “I had to haul it from 26th Street all the way to 50th Street, but it was enjoyable.

This Halloween season, I donned the regal garb of none other than the Queen of Halloween herself. Draped in grandeur fit for royalty, I graced the cover of Martha Stewart’s 2024 Halloween issue, embodying a character that has become synonymous with all things spooky and fabulous: the Queen of Halloween.

Drawing inspiration from Queen Elizabeth I’s coronation attire, Martha donned a graceful cape adorned with a faux fur collar. In place of an authentic scepter, she used what was once a curtain rod, while the orb, rather than traditional, was filled with candies and coated in gold spray paint, with gemstones added for ornamentation.

The crown was made into a queenly headpiece by adding imitation pearl and diamond beads, which were acquired from Amazon. Her gold necklace and earrings are authentic Sabyasachi creations.
