‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Teaser Lands, Official Trailer Release Date Also Confirmed

HBO just released a sneak peek at the upcoming third season of Euphoria, and the official trailer is coming out tomorrow! The new season will arrive in April and will feature significant storylines for Zendaya’s character, Rue, and all the other characters we’ve come to know.

The story fast-forwards five years, with Rue now in Mexico. According to showrunner Sam Levinson, this time jump felt natural since the characters have finished college. “We find Rue in Mexico, owing money to Laurie, and she’s desperately trying to find creative ways to repay her debt,” Levinson explained.

Cassie and Nate are engaged and settling into suburban life, dealing with the usual challenges of social media. According to creator Levinson, this season is the strongest yet, and he’s confirmed that Cassie and Nate will indeed get married – promising a memorable wedding night.

Viewers will also learn what’s happening with some returning characters. Jules (Hunter Schafer) is now in art school, Maddy (Alexa Demie) is working as a talent agent in Hollywood while also pursuing other opportunities, and Lexi (Maude Apatow) has landed a job as an assistant to a showrunner played by Sharon Stone.

Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Courteney Cox, and Eric Dane are all returning for another season. Martha Kelly and Chloe Cherry will now be series regulars, and Colman Domingo and Dominic Fike will be back as guest stars. Joining the cast this season are Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Rosalia, Marshawn Lynch, Sharon Stone, Natasha Lyonne, and more.

This season, the music is getting a big boost with the addition of Hans Zimmer, the Academy Award-winning composer, alongside returning artist Labrinth, who has created music for the show before.
