In the initial preview for A24’s movie Eternity, life appears difficult compared to what awaits you in the afterlife. Miles Teller’s character boards a train destined for the Junction, a place where deceased souls must make crucial decisions with eternal consequences. They have to choose where they’ll spend eternity and who they’ll spend it with. However, when his wife of 50 years (portrayed by Olsen) arrives, complications ensue as her first husband (Callum Turner), who died young in WWI, has been waiting for her there for a staggering 67 years.
In the plot that unfolds, we have a love triangle in the afterlife, leaving Olsen in a challenging predicament as her two spouses compete for her affection once more. This isn’t easy on any of them, but it promises to be captivating cinema. This entertaining and moving Eternity trailer skillfully combines an age-old tale with profound themes, perfectly fitting A24’s style. And it does so by incorporating both humor and emotion.
David Freyne, director of ‘Dating Amber’ for A24, collaborated with Pat Cunnane on the script for a film titled ‘Eternity.’ This movie features John Early, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Olga Merediz in lead roles. Instead of waiting 67 years, you can catch it in theaters this coming November, as suggested by the ‘Eternity’ trailer.
Start thinking about who you want to see it with now.
