Last month, in the music video of his song “Temporary,” we got a stunning surprise – Hailie Jade Mathers, Eminem’s daughter, revealed her pregnancy! On Saturday, November 23, she shared the joyous update on Instagram, showing off her expanding baby bump. She looked radiant in a sleek black off-the-shoulder evening gown as she spent a memorable date night with her husband, Evan McClintock. Simply amazing!
Hailie had her rich-brown hair pulled neatly into a sleek bun at the back of her head, and she affectionately wrapped one arm around McClintock while the other hand gently supported her belly. Meanwhile, McClintock donned a timeless black suit adorned with a vibrant red tie.
“Ending wedding season with my favorite plus 2,” she captioned the snap.
Back in October, I found myself utterly ecstatic when my beloved podcaster and influencer revealed her pregnancy news in Eminem’s freshly dropped music video. The video showcased her walking towards the Rap God himself, presenting him with a Detroit Lions jersey that read “Grandpa” on its back. Shock waves coursed through me as I watched the 52-year-old Mockingbird rapper, caught off guard, holding up an ultrasound image.
On the very same day, Hailie shared images of the ultrasound and some maternity snapshots with her partner on Instagram. The post was tagged with the caption “Parents since 2025.
A week passed, and Hailie disclosed that she was expecting a baby boy on an episode of her Just a Little Shady podcast. When informed about the baby’s gender, Evan replied, “They’ll go hunting with me; they’ll play golf with me.” To which Hailie humorously responded, “Well, they’ll still be going to Target with me.
In her podcast, Hailie disclosed that she was already pregnant at the time of their wedding in May 2024, which followed their engagement the year prior.
Hailie and McClintock met in 2016 while studying at Michigan State University.
Eminem (real name Marshall Bruce Mathers III) co-parents Hailie with his former wife Kim Scott. In addition, he is the father figure to Alaina Marie, who is Kim’s late twin sister Dawn’s daughter. Tragically, Dawn passed away from a drug overdose in 2016. Eminem has also legally adopted Stevie Laine, another child of Kim’s from her relationship with Eric Hartter.
