Emilie Team Compositions

As a longtime Teyvat traveler with countless battles under my belt, I must say that Emilie has truly stolen the show among the latest additions to our roster! Her versatile playstyle and adaptability to various team compositions have made her an absolute game-changer in my adventures.

Emilie is a 5-star Dendro Polearm character that primarily plays the role of a Sub-DPS.

As a gamer, here are some top-tier team setups and their respective build suggestions I’ve found. Don’t forget to check out the recommended team movement strategies for maximum efficiency!

Melt

Emilie’s reliable use of Dendro consistently triggers the Burn effect when Pyro is applied, paving the way for a potent Melt reaction with Cryo. Here’s an example of a team that specializes in Melting: Wriothesley serves as the main damage dealer, while Emilie and Xiangling support as sub-damage dealers. Bennett takes on the role of healer within this group.

Alternate Melt teams could have a composition of:

  • GanyuEmilieXianglingBennett
  • KaeyaEmilieXianglingBennett

Mono Pyro

As a gamer, I’m all about optimizing my Pyro damage, and that means stacking multiple Pyro characters in my team. When I’ve got more than two Pyro characters going, something magical happens – it’s called Pyro Resonance. This boosts the attack power of each character by a cool 25%. Here’s an example of how I’ve set up my Mono Pyro team: Arlecchino is my Main DPS, Emilie and Xiangling are my Sub DPS’, and Bennett keeps everyone healthy as my Healer.

Alternate Mono Pyro teams could have a composition of:

  • LyneyEmilieXianglingBennett

Burgeon

For Burgeon to take place, Hydro and Dendro elements should interact, leading to the formation of Dendro Cores. These cores then detonate upon exposure to Pyro, causing area-of-effect damage that can be substantial. Characters like Emilie (Main DPS), Furina (Sub DPS), Bennett (Support), and Baizhu (Healer) can enhance the survivability of these teams as they can absorb the damage inflicted by the exploding Dendro Cores. Here’s an example of a Burgeon team composition featuring Emilie, Furina, Bennett, and Baizhu in their respective roles.

Alternate Burgeon teams could have a composition of:

  • EmilieXingqiuBennettYaoyao

As a long-time gamer with countless hours logged into various games, I can confidently say that I’ve never encountered a team composition quite like this one. With Neuvillette as the main DPS, backed by Emilie and Xiangling as sub DPS, and Zhongli holding down the fort as the Shielder, this team has an intriguing balance of power and support that could potentially make it a force to be reckoned with.

Burn

Teams utilizing Burn strategy primarily aim to trigger the Burn effect by blending Dendro and Pyro elements. A character with Anemo Crown Control abilities often aids in this by clustering enemies for more efficient Burn application and boosting Elemental Mastery, which enhances the potency of the reactions. Here’s an example of a team employing the Burn strategy:

  • AlhaithamEmilieXianglingBennett
  • ArlecchinoEmilieBennettZhongli

Bloom

In her main function, Emilie’s equipment is tailored for Burn teams, but given that she’s a Dendro character, she can also be effectively used in a Bloom team setup. Notably, Nilou often spearheads these Bloom teams because of her knack for generating Bountiful Cores, which are stronger than standard Dendro Cores. Here’s an illustration of a Bloom team with Nilou as the main DPS, Nahida and Emilie serving as sub-DPS, and Kokomi providing healing support.

Alternate Bloom teams could have a composition of:

  • NilouAyatoEmilieBaizhu
  • AlhaithamNilouEmilieKokomi / Barbara
