She emphasized that attending the event was about amplifying the voices of those affected and ensuring no one has to face the challenges of recovery by themselves.
Since photos from the gala are still being shared online, Clarke has been actively working on new projects in 2026. She’s the star of “Ponies,” a spy thriller that debuted on Peacock on January 15th. In the show, she plays Bea Grant, a secretary at the American Embassy in Moscow in 1977 who becomes a CIA agent after experiencing a personal loss. Clarke is also a producer for the series.
As a total film buff, I was really struck by what director Natta Clarke said about ‘Ponies’. She explained that what makes the movie so exciting is how it gives a voice to women who’ve been overlooked by history, letting them finally tell their own stories. In addition to her television work, Clarke is set to appear in several films.
