ARC Raiders, the game many players have been waiting for, has launched on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. However, players who purchased the Standard Edition on Xbox Series X|S are currently unable to access the game, even though the Steam version already has nearly 140,000 players and that number is still rising.
Embark Studios is aware of the problem and is working on a fix, they announced on the game’s Discord server.
We know some players who pre-ordered the Standard Edition on Xbox are currently having trouble accessing the game. We’re working with Xbox to resolve this issue and will get everyone into Speranza as quickly as we can, according to a community manager.
The game’s release time on the platform was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, and that seems to be why people are confused right now.
If you have a strong internet connection, a possible solution is to remove the game from your Xbox and play it using Xbox Cloud Gaming, as that version seems to be running smoothly.
If you took part in the Server Slam, your in-game rewards will be added to your account tomorrow, October 31, 2025. Don’t worry if you haven’t received them yet!
