Embark announces ARC Raiders release date for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S

Embark Studios has officially declared that the release of ARC Raiders is scheduled for October 30, 2025, on platforms including PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Previously this year, the creators of The Finals conducted a playtest, which appears to have bolstered their confidence enough to set a firm release date.

According to Aleksander Grøndal, the executive producer of the PvPvE shooter game, “The tech test was an excellent precursor to what seems to be a major launch this fall.” He added, “It’s apparent that players are acknowledging the dedication, hard work, and skill that has gone into creating ARC Raiders.

As a gamer, I can tell you that during this final stage of development, we’ve been focusing on refining specific aspects that the testing has highlighted.

Grøndal plans to concentrate on fixing bugs, enhancing performance, and adjusting game balance along with the player’s economy as primary focal points over the coming months. Furthermore, they aim to enhance the initial gaming experience for newcomers in the challenging genre by improving the onboarding process.

Grøndal mentioned that upon its launch, the game will offer additional content, including new areas to traverse, fresh journeys to take, and further objectives for players to pursue and uncover.

In simple terms, ARC Raiders allows for both single player and multiplayer experiences with a maximum team size of three. It also boasts a similar visually appealing style to Embark’s initial hit game.
