The new series debuted to much excitement, inspired by the popular novel by Rufi Thorpe. Elle Fanning stars as Margo, a young woman who leaves college to pursue her dream of becoming a writer, and unexpectedly finds herself a single mother struggling to make ends meet.
To earn money, she started a surprising career creating content on OnlyFans, with guidance from her father, who used to be a professional wrestler. Film and TV expert Claudette Godfrey at SXSW praised Elle Fanning, saying she is “absolutely magnetic.”

I’ve been really impressed with Elle’s work lately! She was fantastic in Predator: Badlands – she played this incredibly strong character, Thia, who’s just trying to survive on another planet. It was a really intense, action-packed role, and she pulled it off with so much grace and that natural charisma she always has.
She has a busy schedule ahead! She’s currently finishing up work on The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, where she plays Effie Trinket, and will begin filming The Nightingale later this year with her sister, Dakota Fanning. This World War II movie will be the first time the sisters have starred together in a major film.
