The first teaser for “Captain America: Brave New World” has stirred up debate due to the inclusion of Sabra, the digitally created Red Hulk, and the shift of Sam Wilson taking over as Captain America within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Tiamut is finally referenced
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe film “Eternals,” the Celestial being Tiamut was depicted as being encased in ice in the ocean. This aspect of the story was criticized for not being revisited later on in the series. However, the upcoming “Captain America: Brave New World” seems to be exploring this plot point further, as suggested by brief glimpses of the Celestial in the film’s trailer.
Before the trailer came out, there were whispers that different countries on Earth would compete for dominance over Tiamat’s riches and the celestial body itself.
The Leader can be briefly seen in the trailer
At the 1:04 mark in the trailer, we see Tim Blake Nelson reprising his role as The Leader, first introduced in “The Incredible Hulk” and alluded to earlier in the MCU. With his distinctive green skin confirmed by subtitles (Samuel Sterns), this long-awaited appearance brings The Leader back to the big screen.
Captain America needs a super-suit
In the snapshot of the Celestial Easter egg that we’ve included, it’s clear that Sam Wilson is wearing a new costume. His helmet now includes Ant-Man’s quantum tech, implying that Sam will use high-tech “super-suits” to make up for not having the super-soldier serum. This will boost his combat abilities against significantly stronger enemies.
New Falcon is in the house
The tradition of Captain America lives on through his successor, the Falcon. In the latest development, the previous Falcon has taken up the mantle as Captain America. A sneak peek in the trailer depicts them flying side by side.
