As a die-hard football fan and longtime player of EA Sports FC Ultimate Team, I am beyond excited for the upcoming release of EA Sports FC 25. The anticipation is palpable in the gaming community as we gear up for another installment of this beloved franchise. I’ve been following the announcements closely, and the news that contracts will no longer be a part of Ultimate Team is music to my ears.
Football enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly preparing for the upcoming edition of EA Sports’ FC series, scheduled for release in just two months. Typically, new versions of EA Sports FC hit the market towards the end of September. This year is no exception, as EA Sports FC 25 is slated for release on September 27. However, fans who pre-order the game can enjoy an early access starting from September 20.
If you’re curious about the modifications in EA Sports FC 25, there are several. Notably, within the beloved game modes of Ultimate Team in this franchise, a major transformation is taking place.
EA revealed that contracts will no longer exist for EA Sports FC Ultimate Team in the upcoming video game. Previously, contracts were necessary add-ons for players to participate in games. If a player’s contract expired, it needed to be renewed or replaced before continuing with the game. In simpler terms, contracts represented the permission for using specific players and will no longer be required in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team.
New installments of the game will no longer include contracts for players, as many found dealing with them to be more trouble than they were worth. (EA)
In the past, the NHL team in Hockey Ultimate Team relied on the contract system, which was later discontinued by EA. This feature slowed down the gameplay experience significantly and restricted the pace at which matches could be completed.
In EA Sports FC, securing contracts isn’t a challenging feat, but rather an irritating process. EA Sports FC fans are thrilled at the news that contracts will no longer be required in EA Sports FC 25.
EA has yet to provide information on their approach to replacing the contracts in question. However, it’s likely that eliminating these contracts will lead to an increased selection of jersey and Ultimate Team personalization options within the game.
This year, EA Sports 25 Ultimate Team is undergoing several significant changes besides contract elimination. Notable updates include the management of duplicate items and a more frequent Evolutions feature.
