Dua Lipa Turns Up the Heat in Sheer, Underwear-Baring Lace Dress as She Shows Off for Callum Turner at Berlinale Premiere

I was so impressed to see Dua Lipa in Berlin this weekend! She was there to support her fiancé, Callum Turner, at the premiere of his new film at the Berlin International Film Festival. She arrived at the Berlinale Palast on Valentine’s Day and immediately became a total standout – everyone was taking her picture! It was lovely to see her showing her support for him.

Okay, let’s talk fashion from last night. The pop star, just thirty years old, really made a statement in a daring, sheer black lace Chanel gown – a bold choice against the winter scenery. And she wasn’t alone; she and Turner looked fantastic together, him opting for a timeless tan suit. They seemed genuinely comfortable and stayed close all night, which was nice to see amidst the usual red carpet chaos. They definitely exuded a relaxed vibe.

The couple announced their engagement last year and celebrated Valentine’s Day by attending a movie premiere together. Guests noticed them enjoying intimate moments and laughing as they posed for pictures. Turner has previously discussed how they make long-distance work, explaining that video calls are a lifesaver and their motto is that being together is always worth the effort.

The premiere of Turner’s latest film, Rosebush Pruning, was the highlight of the evening. The event drew several stars from the movie, including Pamela Anderson, Lukas Gage, Jamie Bell, Tracy Letts, and Elena Anaya. Director Karim Aïnouz was also there. The cast and director had spoken with the press about the film earlier in the day, as announced by the festival.

The film, described by the Berlinale as a darkly humorous satire, portrays the disintegration of a wealthy family. It centers on siblings who have withdrawn from the world until a significant event disrupts their precarious stability. The screenplay is by Efthimis Filippou, a frequent collaborator with Yorgos Lanthimos. While inspired by the 1965 Italian film Fists in the Pocket, the movie has generated strong reactions from festival critics, who have praised its incisiveness and unsettling nature.

Elle Fanning and Riley Keough also star in the movie, but they weren’t at the premiere in Berlin.

Beyond the festival, Dua Lipa has been incredibly busy. She just finished her Radical Optimism tour and is now concentrating on Service95, her lifestyle website, and a skincare collaboration with Augustinus Bader. Rumors are also circulating that she might contribute to a significant movie soundtrack later in the year.

Michael Turner is also incredibly busy, with his new romantic comedy, Eternity, currently playing in theaters and several other films scheduled for release in 2026. Despite their packed schedules and upcoming wedding, both he and his partner continue to support each other at important events.
