Donkey Kong Bananza Nostalgia Country guide: All banana locations

As you approach the final stages of your adventure in DK Bananza’s Hilltop Layer, you’ll encounter a challenging course called Nostalgia Country, which is a remake of the first level from Donkey Kong Country. However, this level can be tricky because it conceals one of the harder-to-find bananas during the early part of the gameplay.

We’ll walk you through this level, showing you the location of all the bananas you can find.

Nostalgia Country level location – DK Bananza

As you descend into the subterranean part of the Hilltop Layer, immediately after dropping, take a left turn, and you’ll see the entrance to the level right before you.

Nostalgia Country Banana 1 location – DK Bananza

Midway through the level, around the area with the insects carrying rocks and changing scenery, you’ll find the first banana waiting for you. This notable landmark can’t be overlooked as it’s right along the primary route.

Nostalgia Country Banana 2 location – DK Bananza

In this level, you’ll spot the second banana right at its conclusion, as it’s clearly visible along the primary route – making it hard to overlook.

Nostalgia Country Banana 3 location – DK Bananza

The first banana on this level is tucked away near the entrance. Upon entering, you’ll need to leap up and ascend the terrain slightly above the door, as depicted in the image provided. Once you’ve climbed there, you’ll discover a delightful hidden gem – Donkey Kong’s house from the original game. In the middle of the room, you’ll find a tire that you can jump on to break open the banana dangling from the door.
