Since his standout performance at Lollapalooza, Dominic Fike has been focused on album production. His show at the iconic Chicago music festival generated a lot of buzz, including him bringing his son on stage for several songs. This week saw the unofficial launch of “All Hands on Deck,” complete with a music video that combines footage from the Lolla set featuring Fike and his son. Yesterday, he officially initiated the next phase of his project by sharing the link to his revamped website, which showcases his new venture – confirmed as an album titled Rocket.

Today, Fike made available the initial three tracks from his upcoming longform release, which has a mixtape format, on streaming platforms. Among these are “All Hands on Deck,” premiered on Instagram, followed by “Aftermath – Edit” and “Smile.” These songs mark the musician’s first new solo release since last summer’s 14 minutes EP. As per Apple Music’s tracklist, the upcoming album titled Rocket consists of 12 tracks in total, with these three being the opening numbers.

Other titles include “Great Pretender,” “David Lyons,” and, closing cut, “Still Feel It.”
