Katy Perry often enjoys spending fun times with her partner Orlando Bloom. Recently, in a playful instance, she joked about how her fiance seems to defy aging when using a digital filter.

Lately, Katy Perry posted a video on her social media featuring Orlando Bloom as well. In this video, they both played around with an aging filter. Notably, Katy seemed to age significantly, showing wrinkles and a more mature appearance. However, Orlando’s fiance appeared unaffected by the filter.

In a surprising transformation, Katy Perry seemed to age an extra 50 years, but the actor from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring barely changed his appearance at all.

In an Instagram post, the artist known for Chained to the Rhythm, expressed that the filter in question seemed to not suit elves or pirates, lamenting with a sigh emoji.

In her caption, Perry was alluding to Bloom’s roles; specifically, she was mentioning that Bloom portrayed Legolas in Lord of the Rings and Will Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean.

In 2016, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom initially noticed each other during a playful dispute over a shared burger. Though they separated briefly in 2017, their bond deepened, leading to the development of strong emotions between them.

According to PEOPLE, Orlando Bloom, known for his role as King Arthur in Kingdom of Heaven, proposed to Katy Perry on Valentine’s Day in 2019. Unfortunately, their wedding plans were put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this setback, they decided to live together and later had their first child.

Their daughter Daisy Dove Bloom was born in August 2020. 

Perry shared that her upcoming song titled “Lifetimes” draws inspiration from their daughter, Daisy Dove, implying that the tune is a reflection of their family life with her.
