worldwide onlookers expressed astonishment upon hearing reports that Virginia Giuffre, who had openly accused Prince Andrew, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell of sexual misconduct, took her own life.
People might wonder who survives Virginia now, given that she passed away just a month after accusing her children of lying. This is one of the questions that may have popped up in people’s minds.
In 2002, Virginia apparently got married again to her former spouse, Robert Giufree. According to The Hollywood Life, they parted ways around early 2025. At present, it remains unclear what led to their separation.
In the past, Virginia frequently posted photos of herself and her estranged spouse on Instagram. As recent as December 2023, she commemorated their anniversary with a post, celebrating 21 years together. She also acknowledged that Robert had saved her from the grip of Epstein and Maxwell.
According to an article in the publication, Virginia and Robert were parents to three children. The family had not disclosed their children’s identities, but a carousel post featuring them was shared by Virginia about a month before her passing.
In a poignant post, Virginia expressed her feelings by saying, “My precious children are blissfully unaware of the depth of my love for them, yet they’re being tainted with deception. I yearn for them so deeply. Over the course of 41 years, I’ve faced trials and tribulations, but this is causing me pain that surpasses everything else. They may harm me, mistreat me, but keep my children away. My heart is broken, and with each passing day, my sorrow only intensifies.” She also penned, “Inflict pain, abuse, but leave my babies out of it. Every day, the anguish within me grows.
With deeply saddened hearts, we confirm that Virginia died last night at her farm in Western Australia. Tragically, she took her own life following a lifetime of being victimized by sexual abuse and sex trafficking.
They additionally referred to her as a “relentless fighter in the battle against sexual exploitation and trafficking” and noted that she was “the beacon that rescued countless survivors.” Moreover, they mentioned that the burden of abuse ultimately proved too great for Virginia, making it intolerable for her to carry its weight.
