As a crypto investor, I’m thrilled to be part of the exciting news that TZ APAC, in partnership with Fortify Labs, has announced the induction of their second wave of cohort members. The five innovative startups – Bluwhale, Facial DN(A+I) Network, IDRX, Lilypad, and Predictwise – have been selected to join the ranks for 2025. As a startup studio and incubator program, Fortify Labs extends a warm welcome to these talented builders, who will now be part of their thriving ecosystems on Tezos and Etherlink.
For each project, a grant of $10,000 is given upon achieving set milestones. If these projects meet the specified revenue goals, user activity, volume, and community interaction levels, they will receive an additional $200,000 in funding.
David Tng, the Managing Director at TZ APAC, emphasized the significance of the recent announcement not just for TZ APAC and Fortify Labs, but also for the broader Tezos and Etherlink communities. He expressed that Fortify Labs symbolizes their dedication to work closely with upcoming Web3 innovators, aiming to help them prosper. This program has been tailored to offer personalized mentorship and strategic advice in areas where early-stage founders usually require the most assistance. Tng is looking forward to witnessing this new cohort of pioneering minds turning their innovative concepts into sustainable, profitable businesses on Tezos and Etherlink platforms.
Projects that have achieved success will embark on a seven-month journey offering guidance, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching. This program will include continual marketing assistance. Key emphasis will be placed on go-to-market strategies, fundraising efforts, and broader strategic planning. Members of the 2025 cohort list will also be granted access to the Fortify Labs community and technical support, with introductions to venture capital lists through TZ APAC’s industry connections.
The Class of 2025
This year, TZ APAC opened its program for applications across diverse industries, including innovative solutions such as personalization protocols operating in a decentralized manner, competitive esports platforms, advanced AI networks specializing in rendering, and secure stablecoins backed entirely by collateral.
Among the chosen candidates are Bluwhale, a user-centric data control and monetization system built on decentralized technologies within the web3 ecosystem, and Facial DNA+I Network, an advanced network utilizing artificial intelligence for securing its data layers.
Lilypad, an advanced network for distributed computing, carries on the AI focus, executing AI workload tasks such as Stable Diffusion and Stable Diffusion Video. Among all providers listed, IDRX stands alone as the sole stablecoin supplier, facilitating exchanges for the Indonesian Rupiah. The Indonesian cryptocurrency sector has experienced substantial growth, rising by an impressive 353% in the previous year, with approximately 21 million individuals now identified as crypto-savvy, according to Investor, a local news platform.
Rounding out the diverse group of Fortify Labs’ recent cohorts is Predictwise, an engaging crash game and betting platform that invites users to compete for possible winnings of up to 10,000 times their initial stake.

The Fortify Labs Story
As an analyst, I’m excited to be part of the team witnessing the second year of the Fortify Labs Cohort group’s operation. In the past, notable entrants to TZ APAC’s Fortify Labs program have included Questflow, a powerful tool for managing AI-agents, which saw an impressive 156 times growth and a staggering 500% increase in revenue generation.
OCV Labs, a platform that assists users in tokenizing and managing online assets, has emerged as another impressive case study. Starting from scratch, it has rapidly grown its revenue to five figures and boasts an impressive 1,300 daily active users.
The mentorship program under Fortify Labs’ guidance has led to some notable transformations, as akaSwap shifted its focus from a Web3 gaming platform to a creative agency specializing in Web3 activations. Following their impressive performance, both OCV Labs and akaSwap were granted funding by the Tezos Foundation.
At TZ Apex, powered by Fortify Labs, web3 enthusiasts are warmly invited to actively participate in our current initiatives and collaborative projects. This innovative rewards system offers incentives for active engagement within the community.
