The new series, Gladlands, begins January 7th, with a new episode released each Wednesday for six weeks. Following each episode, a discussion with the Adventuring Party will be available inside the dome on the following day.
Okay, so I’m really excited about this new series! It’s a post-apocalyptic story, but it’s not just about survival – it’s about people coming together and being kind to each other, which is a cool twist. Brennan Lee Mulligan is running the show, and it’s awesome to see Vic Michaelis and Kimia Behpoornia joining the regulars – Ally Beardsley, Oscar Montoya, Zac Oyama, and Jacob Wysocki. This is the first time Vic and Kimia are playing in the dome, which is a big deal. And if you already watch Dropout, you know Vic Michaelis is hilarious – his show, Very Important People, is consistently one of the funniest things they have!
The game Gladlands offers a uniquely charming take on the post-apocalyptic world, blending lightheartedness with a touch of craziness in its character interactions. The voice actors are all skilled improvisers, meaning there’s plenty of funny dialogue and engaging gameplay to enjoy. As the game’s motto suggests, even after the end of the world, politeness still matters!
