On June 3, a backer of Sean “Diddy” Combs was removed from the courtroom during his ongoing sex trafficking trial in New York. This individual, who had been observing the case from an additional viewing room, caused a disturbance in the main courtroom by vocalizing towards the defense team and the rapper himself. As Garcia didn’t have the necessary qualifications to enter the server room, he informed his superior about Combs’s request instead. In turn, he was provided with a USB drive holding the footage. Later, he handed over the data storage device to Combs and signed a non-disclosure agreement with a $1 million penalty clause attached.
