As a devoted fan who has followed the twists and turns of The Real Housewives franchise for years, I must admit that the pause on The Real Housewives of Dubai (RHOD) has left me feeling a tad desolate. The glitz, the glamour, the drama – it’s all been a thrilling part of my weekly routine. However, I’ve learned to weather these storms in the reality TV world, much like the cast members navigate their own turbulent lives.
The producers of “The Real Housewives of Dubai” have temporarily halted production on the series after completing two seasons, as reported by US Weekly. The cast members were informed a few days ago that season 3 will not be airing anytime soon, but it’s unclear if the show has been permanently canceled or if they’re considering a spin-off instead.
On several occasions, I’ve observed Bravo temporarily halting their programming, and it’s not a novelty to me. For instance, they halted shows such as Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard, which ran successfully for two seasons, and even Vanderpump Rules, a fan favorite with impressive viewer ratings.
Speaking of the cast from the latest season of The Real Housewives of Dubai, it consisted of Chanel Ayan, Sara Al Madani, Carolina Brooks, Lesa Milan, Taleen Marie, and Caroline Stanbury.
The RHOD (Real Housewives of Dallas) was the initial international adaptation of the franchise, officially announced back in 2021, and it premiered its first episode in 2022. Among all the contestants in this series, Chanel Ayan stood out as a crowd favorite, recognized for her style and quick-wittedness.
After it was revealed that RHOD is temporarily paused, Ayan promised fans that she’ll be back on your screens with the third season of The Traitors, debuting on Peacock on January 9.
Hey there, folks! Just wanted to clear up some buzz I’ve been noticing about RHODubai lately. Truth is, I haven’t heard a peep from Bravo yet about any official announcements. And here’s the thing – our entire cast hasn’t received a single whisper about it either. So let’s just take these rumors with a grain of salt for now, shall we? 😜
She also mentioned, “Given the ongoing speculation and criticism, I decided to contribute as well. Just a reminder, let’s all try to stay composed.
In addition, she also made clear her opinion through a post on her X account, saying “This has gotten better with age… #RHODubai.” She went on to advise the ladies, “Avoid disseminating untrue information and misleading others. The discussions about ‘shakeups’ and the subsequent refutations were quite intriguing to follow on my feed. I told you so.
Further details about The Real Housewives of Dubai will be rolled out by the makers soon.
