The band is releasing a concert film of their 2023 Memento Mori tour in theaters. It was filmed live in Mexico City and directed by Fernando Frias. The location is a key part of the experience.
Depeche Mode will deliver new concert film on physical formats
The movie M will feature Depeche Mode performing live, but it will also tell a story about how people in Mexico understand and approach death – a theme that’s central to the band’s latest album.
Following its time in theaters, Depeche Mode will release the film on DVD, Blu-ray, CD, and vinyl on December 5th. The DVD and Blu-ray versions will include a CD, while the vinyl edition will be a four-disc set.
