I was at the LACMA‘s Art+Film Gala on Saturday, and it was amazing! It’s their 14th year hosting it, and so many famous actors and artists came out to celebrate both film and art. It was a really special night.
The event drew a crowd of famous faces from both Hollywood and the music industry, including stars like Demi Moore and Doja Cat.
At 62, Demi Moore turned heads in a sheer black halter dress adorned with colorful floral sequins.

The dress fit her perfectly, and she complemented it with long, dark hair styled over one shoulder and red nails that echoed the dress’s details. Following her Oscar nomination for The Substance, Moore has been getting a lot of attention, and her look at the LACMA event proved she remains a fashion icon.
Cynthia Erivo was also a standout guest, wearing a white off-the-shoulder dress with eye designs and showing off her arm tattoos, which gave her look a personal touch.
This year’s gala celebrated filmmaker Ryan Coogler, famous for movies like Black Panther and Creed, and artist Mary Corse. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio and LACMA trustee Eva Chow once again teamed up to co-chair the event, continuing their tradition of hosting the gala together.
LACMA states that money raised from the event will support the museum’s overall work and allow it to include more film in its activities.
Guests didn’t walk a red carpet; instead, they posed for photos in front of the museum’s striking Urban Light installation by Chris Burden. This display, made up of 202 restored antique street lamps, provided a unique and memorable backdrop.
