In much the same way that Kevin prepares for a catastrophe, Steve Johnson and Shawn Brady sneak into the lab, only to find a shocking revelation: the Versavix has vanished. It doesn’t matter if Kevin shatters the vials or takes them away, the harm is already done. Replicating the formula will take several months, which means Bo’s time might be ticking away.

Simultaneously, Philip Kiriakis, who shares the same goal of rescuing Bo, encounters Xander in the town square. Their emotions run high as Xander openly expresses his feelings, momentarily showing a softer side before another crisis arises – this time when Philip discovers Kevin’s error, which could potentially undo all the progress he has made thus far.
