The June 4 episode of Days of Our Lives opened with Hope assisting Bo in shifting to the sofa. Miraculously, despite being in a coma for years, Bo is now standing on his own. Hope tenderly reminds him that she had never left his side and seals it with a kiss, hinting at a new chapter. One day, Ciara unexpectedly catches her parents in a kissing moment, then confides in Bo about her life’s developments – she now has two kids and journeys with Ben. Overjoyed at the prospect of meeting his grandkids, Bo eagerly anticipates their arrival. Not long after, Shawn Douglas makes an entrance, promptly questioning what Bo can recall. Reminded of everything, including being wounded by none other than Shawn, Bo expresses no blame towards him and instead accuses Megan. Bo discovers he’s a grandfather of four, which fills him with joy. However, the atmosphere changes when he learns that Victor has sadly passed away. In another spot, Marlena is found sitting by the memorial dedicated to Tom and Alice, mourning the loss of John. She shares with Will and Carrie that John requested his farewell gathering be held at the Brady Pub. Will makes a call to Sami, who regrets she cannot attend the memorial service since her daughter has experienced an accident and requires immediate surgery.

On his inaugural day at Titan-DiMera, Johnny is thrown off balance by hearing about John’s passing. Chanel consoles him, remarking that he embodies John’s courage and should take pride in continuing his legacy. Later, Johnny and Chanel seek solace from Marlena, who affirms that he has already made John feel proud. Chanel pledges to stand by Johnny as he navigates through this grief.

Andrew consoles Paul, who regrets that his dad was a hero. They discuss delaying their wedding, but Marlena persuades them to proceed. She suggests the family could use some happiness and convinces them to marry in Salem. Paul agrees, saying it would honor his father.
