In the latest installment of Days of Our Lives, Maggie finds herself embroiled in a whirlwind of drama as she uncovers Doug’s misdeeds. Arriving at Julie’s home with some favorite treats for Doug, Maggie inquires about his whereabouts. Upon learning from Julie that she had evicted Doug following the discovery that he had stolen Alice’s necklace, Maggie seeks more information. As Julie recounts the series of events, she also discloses that Tate had phoned her to report the theft.
Instead, Doug arrives at Holly’s grand estate. Spotting him wet and discomforted, she insists he takes a warm bath and changes his clothes. At first hesitant, Doug starts to undress. To avoid any potential distractions, she inquires about his lodging arrangements. She had planned that if he wished to reside at the mansion, he should seek approval from Maggie beforehand.
While Holly chats with her grandmother downstairs, Grandma shares a conversation she had with Julie. Holly, not revealing specifics, defends Doug by explaining that he took the necklace to repay Melinda. Later on, Grandma admitted that it wasn’t Melinda who exposed the truth to Julie, but Tate.
Meanwhile, at Paulina’s house, Johnny was pondering over his argument with E.J. Leaning on the back of the chair, he suddenly heard a knock on the door. Peeking through the peephole, he recognized it as E.J., who wanted to speak to his son.
Johnny hesitated before opening the door, and E.J. invited him back home. Once inside, Johnny was greeted, and he was told that the grand house might someday belong to him.
